ing identical twins where one twin is gay or lesbian and the other twin is straight. The program strives to dispel the myth that people “become" lesbian or gay because of their environment. Melinda said it was her twin sister Missy who called and told her about the show saying, "Hey, do you want to be adventurous?"

Unfortunately, Melinda appeared without Missy at the taping of the show because Missy's homophobe husband said he "did not want her to air her 'dirty laundry' on national television" and that if she did go, she would not have a home to return to. Melinda regrets that her sister was forced to make the decision not to attend, but said she went on the show alone "to show America that we are
